Inside IT Account Sales Consultant
We are seeking an Inside Information Technology (IT) Account Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of computers, networking, and wireless devices. This position is perfect for an ambitious individual who brings a positive and professional attitude to the workplace with a minimum of 5 years experience in sales background. The candidate will perform cold calling and possibly meet with customers onsite if needed to close deals.
Candidates should possess general knowledge or experience in IT sales and must have a strong customer service background. Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and its competitive landscape is a significant advantage. The IT Account Sales Consultant will drive sales through promotional programs and local marketing activities within their territory. They will be expected to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and will be responsible for developing and nurturing deep, long-lasting relationships with our customers, ultimately growing the customer base.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

Compensation

Field Technical Technician
Responsibilities
- Install CCTV/security cameras, access control, and intrusion hardware
- Test all installed equipment and perform basic programming
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair systems and equipment
- Update the team lead on the status of all work performed throughout the day
- Notify team leads daily of any materials needed to complete tasks
- Perform additional security technician functions as assigned by the team lead
Required Skills & Qualities
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field

Educational/Experience Requirements
- Experience in CCTV security cameras, access control, alarm/intrusion installation and programming
- Must adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Successful completion of background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screenings
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as Lenel, CCure, Avigilon, and Milestone (desired but not required)
- Proficiency in fiber splicing and troubleshooting existing fiber plants
- Experience with anaerobic (2-part epoxy) terminations
- Familiarity with Fluke OTDR and Fluke power meter
- Medium-level fiber network troubleshooting experience
- Experience in new commercial construction, tenant improvements, and remodels
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, submittals, and specifications
Additional Job Information
- Install, maintain, and repair cable infrastructure in commercial environments (hospitals, data centers, airports, and retail facilities)
- Perform wiring in attics, crawl spaces, and wall fishing
- Maintain existing cabling systems and support tenant improvement projects
- Test newly installed or relocated cables according to company specifications
- Identify and remove redundant cabling
- Install wireless access routers, patch panels, and internet technology devices
- Learn and adhere to company standards for troubleshooting
- Install cable support structures such as J-hooks, cable racks, and inner-duct
- Repair cable terminations and runs
- Ensure cables are neatly tied and bundled per safety regulations
- Complete paperwork, including timesheets and checklists
Tools Required
Must have personal tools for structured cabling, security systems, and access control installations for large commercial and residential projects:
Nice to Have
- Experience installing and troubleshooting low-voltage systems
- Installation of overhead cable supports, J-hooks, and proper cable running lines to trays
- Termination experience with Cat 5, 5E, 6, 6A, and copper
- Finish work experience, including faceplate installation and labeling for end devices

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
