Job description:

We’re looking for an inside Information Technical (IT) Account sales or executive consultant. The successful candidate for this position will have basic knowledge of computers, networking, and wireless devices. The IT account sales consultant position will be an ambitious individual who brings a positive and professional attitude to the workplace. Individuals in this entry level IT account sales consultant position should have a general knowledge if and/or experience in IT sales, marketing and/or customer service. An understanding of the telecommunications industry and competition is a huge asset.
Our client is a marketing firm that specializes in helping build brands, market share and manage their local presence, while expanding focus on superior customer engagement. The IT account sales consultant will be responsible for driving sales through territory promotional programs and local marketing sales activities. They will be expected to meet–or exceed–daily and monthly sales targets. The IT account sales consultant will also be relied upon to develop and grow deep, long-lasting relationships with customers, resulting in a growing customer base.

Responsibilities of the IT account sales consultant:

Job description:

We are looking for a constant professional field technical technician that takes pride in their work and the company they work for. Security Camera / Access Control Technician:

  • Install CCTV / Security Cameras, Access Control, and Intrusion hardware.
  • Testing all installed equipment and providing basic programming.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing systems and/or equipment.
  • Responsible for updating the team lead on the status of all work performed throughout the day.
  • Notify the team leads daily of any materials needed to complete duties.
  • Perform additional Security Technician and related functions as assigned by the team lead and deemed within the general skill and ability level of a productive Security Technician in our industry.

Job Skills & Qualities Required:

Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in CCTV Security Cameras, Access Control, Alarm & Intrusion, installation & programming
  • Required to adhere to OSHA Safety Standards.
  • All employees will be required to pass all background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screenings.
Would be a plus if you have the following experience:
  • Certifications like Lenel, CCure, Avigilon, and Milestone are desired but not required.
  • Proficiency in Fiber splicing, and troubleshooting of existing fiber plants, but not required.
  • Experience in anaerobic (2-part epoxy) terminations.
  • Proficiency with Fluke OTDR and Fluke Power meter.
  • Experience with medium-level fiber network troubleshooting.
  • Experience working on new commercial construction, tenant improvements, and remodels.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, submittals, and specifications.

Additional Job Description Information:

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing cable infrastructure in a new construction commercial environment such as Hospitals, Data Centers, Airports, and Commercial Retail facilities.
  • Perform attic and crawl wiring pulling, and wall fishing.
  • Performing maintenance on existing cabling systems, and on tenant improvement projects.
  • Testing newly installed or relocated cables according to company specifications.
  • Identifying and removing redundant cabling.
  • Installation of wireless access routers, patch panels, and internet technology devices.
  • Perform and learn how to properly deal with troubleshooting issues per company standards.
  • Installing cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and inner-duct.
  • Repairing cable termination, and cable runs.
  • Ensuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations.
  • Completing paperwork such as timesheets, and checklists.
Must have your own tools
  • Tools to perform installations for structured cabling, security systems, access control, and other related cable systems for large commercial and residential installations.

Nice to have:

  • Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage systems; the more technical experience the better.
  • Installation of overhead cable supports, J-Hooks, and cable running lines properly to cable trays.
  • Termination experience with Category 5, 5E, 6, 6a, and copper.
  • Properly perform finish work such as installation of faceplates and labeling for the end device installation.

Requirements:

  • Perform installations for structured cabling, security systems, access control, and other related cable systems for large commercial and residential installations.
  • Professional appearance, positive and respectful attitude.
  • A valid driver’s license, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Eligibility to work in the US
  • The ability to pass a company standard drug screen and background check.
  • Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be available for 40-plus hours.
